How do I Order?

You can place an order via our order form and based on the dates listed as available on our availability calendar.  We require payment in full within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation email. Failure to do so will result in your order being canceled. Your order is not placed until we email you a confirmation and receive your payment 


How Much Notice Do You Need?

We require 3-4 days notice for orders depending on our availability. To ensure you get the date you are requesting we strongly recommend pre ordering asap. Reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate you!


Do you deliver

At this time we do not offer delivery for box or platter orders. 

All charcuterie tables come with a set up fee as this order selection needs to be set up on site


What are your Covid-19 Percautions?

All orders will be contactless drop off and pick up. We use proper PPE and sanitation protocols. 

During your delivery we will leave your box at the door, ring/knock and wait at a distance until you retrieve your order. 

For pick ups, please text the number we provide, and arrive at your designated pick up time. Please wear a mask


Does my order need to be refrigerated?

Yes, if you do not consume your order it should be refrigerated. Meat and cheese products should not be left out for more than 2 hours. Remove from fridge 30 min prior to eating, as your product is best served at room temperature. 


How long is my box good for?

All boxes are made fresh to order, and we recommend eating your box within 24 hours.

Your box will be good in the fridge for 24-48 hours 


Do you offer allergen free products or products that cater to dietary restrictions? (Peanut free/Gluten free/vegetarian)

We do our best to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions. However we do not provide a 100% guarantee of an allergen free order as we do not work in a peanut/tree nut free facility.  Many of our products do say "may contain nuts". Please reach out to us if you have questions or concerns.

We do offer gluten free options, vegetarian, keto, lactose or dairy free (Subject to additional fees)


Are your boxes customizable?

Yes, our products are customizable. If you have likes/dislikes or preferences for meat and cheese please let us know. If you have no preference and would like us to create a unique charcuterie experience for you, we can do that as well!


What if I need to cancel or change my order date?

We offer refunds up until 1 week before your order date. No refunds will be given on orders canceled less than 1 week from your order date.

​If you need to change your order date we also require notice by 1 week before

Any order changes that are later than 1 week before your original date will not be permitted and are non refundable 


Do you offer weekday availability?

As of right now we only offer Saturday orders with select Sunday options. For the most accurate list of available dates please refer to our availability calendar as each month has different availability


Do you accept credit card or cash?

No, at this time we are only accepting e-transfer payments


Where do you operate out of?

We are licensed, food handler certified, insured and operating out of a government inspected commercial kitchen. It is the law in Manitoba to do so when handling food for public consumption. This allows us to follow the guidelines set out by the public health act for food handling establishments and also provide you value-added, safe products to enjoy. It is our priority to serve you safe food
